Who we are

CliniCall is a product of D Analytics Ltd, a company registered in England (company number 15116781), operating from Edinburgh, Scotland. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@clinicallai.com or on +44 131 210 0486.

This policy covers the website, not patient data

This policy is about people who visit clinicallai.com and get in touch with us. It is not the policy that governs patient data in a CliniCall deployment.

Where CliniCall is deployed in a healthcare service, that service is the data controller for its patients’ data and D Analytics acts as processor under a written agreement, following a data protection impact assessment agreed before any patient is contacted. Patients should refer to their own clinic, practice, board or trust for information about how their data is used. Our approach to that processing is described on our trust and safety page.

What we collect through this website

• Enquiries. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, organisation and role (both optional), the topic you select, and your message.
• Technical data. Our server records limited technical information, including your IP address, to keep the contact form secure and to prevent abuse.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites — which is why no consent banner is shown. It records the page visited, referrer, and general device and country information, none of which identifies you.

We use no advertising trackers of any kind. Nothing you do here is profiled or shared with an advertising network.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to your enquiry and to any reasonable follow-up, and we use technical data to keep the site secure. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and protecting the website.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are delivered to our own email system by our email provider, acting as our processor. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any ongoing relationship, and then delete it. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to data portability. Email hello@clinicallai.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first, so we can put it right.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
