Accessibility statement
This statement applies to clinicallai.com. It covers this website only — the CliniCall platform itself is assessed separately with each service that deploys it. Last reviewed 4 September 2026.
How accessible this website is
This site is built to WCAG 2.1 level AA and has been assessed against it, with the single exception noted below. Every text and background pairing has been measured rather than estimated.
What we have done
- Text contrast. Every text and background pairing on the site has been measured against the 4.5:1 AA threshold, and the palette was adjusted where it fell short — including the primary button, which originally failed.
- Keyboard access. Everything interactive can be reached and operated with a keyboard: the navigation, the mobile menu, the conversation replay, the calculators, the product switcher and the contact form. Focus is always visible.
- A skip link to jump past the navigation straight to the content.
- Motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, animation is switched off, the rotating headline stops rotating, and the conversation replay shows its full transcript at once rather than playing out.
- Moving content can be paused. The rotating headline has a pause control, and stops while you are hovering over or tabbing through it.
- Structure. One first-level heading per page, headings in order, real landmarks, tables with proper row and column headers, and form fields with associated labels.
- Nothing plays automatically with sound. The sample call only plays when you press play.
- Text can be resized and the layout reflows down to 320px without horizontal scrolling.
One exception
The sample call does not yet have a published transcript. It is a short audio-only recording on the home page, and a text alternative is being prepared. In the meantime, email us and we will send you the transcript the same working day.
Nothing else on the site depends on audio, and the conversation replay beside it is ordinary text that a screen reader can read at its own pace — everything it demonstrates is also set out in words on the platform page.
If something does not work for you
Please tell us. Email hello@clinicallai.com or call +44 131 210 0486, and say which page you were on and what happened. We will reply within five working days, and if we cannot fix it quickly we will tell you when we will.
If you need something on this site in another format — larger print, plain text, or read aloud — ask and we will provide it.
For NHS procurement and DTAC
The Digital Technology Assessment Criteria ask suppliers about accessibility. This statement covers the marketing website. For the CliniCall platform, accessibility is assessed with you as part of deployment, and the questions worth asking us early are about patient-facing reachability rather than screen design: CliniCall leads with voice precisely because it reaches patients that app-and-portal approaches do not, and existing letters and channels continue unchanged. That reasoning is set out on the trust and safety page.
